Join us for an exclusive site tour of Wurf Residence, which is still in construction.
A single story dwelling in the historic town of Richmond, Tasmania. This timber framed house is on a concrete slab with Colorbond gable roof and Weathertex cladding. Shading includes verandah and two screened porches. The open plan nature required some structural steel framing. The insulation includes exterior wood fibre insulation as well as bulk insulation in the framing. HRV is a Zhender Q350. Unilux triple glazed tilt turn windows and lift and slide doors.
On site will be Torquil Canning and the owner James of Wurf Residence.
