• Heat recovery ventilation and heat pump heating/cooling for superior indoor air quality and energy efficiency.
• Vapour permeable airtight membranes, maintaining a healthy and durable building envelope.
• Wood fibre insulation externally and above the concrete slab, with fibrous insulation internally for optimal thermal performance.
• A high-performance solar system with PV micro-inverters and Enphase batteries, reducing reliance on the grid.
• Enhanced plumbing insulation and a heat pump hot water system for improved energy efficiency.
