Join us for an exclusive site tour of Landy CLT, a thoughtfully designed and owner-built home crafted by two architects and certified Passive House designers. This project is an exploration of sustainable and efficient living, demonstrating how careful design and construction choices can create a high-performance home with a minimal environmental footprint.

At its core, Landy CLT embodies the principles of Passivhaus design while embracing cross-laminated timber (CLT) as a primary construction material—offering strength, efficiency, and a natural aesthetic. The home is a testament to the power of prefabrication, showing how innovative construction techniques can streamline the building process and enhance performance.
