Nestled along the picturesque southeast coast of Greater Hobart, Tasmania, this soon-to-be Certified Passivhaus sits on a steep slope and elevated allotment, offering stunning views of the Derwent River and Mt. Wellington.

Timeless and modern, the design effortlessly merges elegance with practicality. Bathed in natural light, it maximises the breathtaking surroundings while creating a welcoming, calm, and comfortable atmosphere. Thoughtfully crafted, it features ample storage and premium, durable, low-maintenance fixtures and finishes. Designed as a 'forever home' a lift has been included to help manage the reverse living adopted for maximising the views.
