This event is another collaboration between Prefab Australia and the Australian Passivhaus Association. Join us to learn about the powerful potential of prefab and passivhaus. Following the event we will direct attendees to a local pub should they wish to stay and network.

Our FabHaus offers clients a cost effective, prefab and energy efficient passivhaus option. Offering 5 design options, from a mini to a four bedroom home, averaging at $5000per square metre, and with an average 6 month delivery time from contract to lock up, it's an impressive offering. For the prefab and passivhaus nerds, Our FabHaus is the business idea we've all dreamed of. In this session John will take us under the hood, to learn about the designs, how the concept is getting traction in the market, opportunities, mistakes and pivots to make the concept viable and service clients nationwide.

Eclipse Passivhaus offers clients through the use of building science and industry-leading prefabrication techniques to design, manufacture, deliver and install healthy, high-performance Passive Houses and energy efficient homes and renovations. They pride themselves on the design and building process to be as fast, cost-efficient and fuss-free as possible. In this session Darryn will talk us through their recent project Tarlo River Passive House.

Evissa offers clients through their innovative and multi-disciplinary approach, they infuse every project with forward-thinking solutions that prioritize sustainability, efficiency, and occupant well-being. Each design is a testament to their dedication to pushing boundaries and redefining what is possible in architecture and construction. In this session Elena will talk to us about Structural Insulated Panel System in Australia and how this has been applied in two recent projects of theirs 55 Hanover St Brunswick & 44 Peel St Berwick (still in construction phase).
