EVENTS: IPOD - Modern Hamptons (NSW)

Modern Hamptons, is an Enerphit PH with the aim to certify that which will commence shortly.

The original 1970's brick veneer home with timber windows original 3mm thick single pane glass and smatterings of insulation was transformed into a modern take on the timeless elegance of a Hamptons designed home. The beautiful finishes of timber, stone and large windows were incorporated into the home along with Passivhaus principles.

The house used a number of different ways to achieve an ACH of 0.9 including externally wrapping the existing brickwork with Pro Clima Extasana and 50mm PIR insulation, Bondor Solar span roofing panels and Logikhaus windows.

Modern Hamptons is a great example of how we can renovate older homes instead of knock down rebuilds saving on sending tones waste to landfill.

• Session 2: 11:00 - 11:30am, max 15 people
• Session 3: 12:00 - 12:30pm, max 15 people
