Conrad EnerPHit is a passive house enerphit project. This leaky 1950's weatherboard home has been transformed by giving it a deep energy retrofit and applying passive house principles. The home showcases the benefits of this type of design rather than a knockdown rebuild, we are reducing waste and embodied energy in the build and contributing to a sustainable future. The open day will focus on the benefits of passive house and showcase the steps and result of applying this to a renovation alongside the repurposing of materials in the home.
