SITE TOUR: Cerberus, Dulwich Hill, NSW

Cerberus is a new family home in Sydney's Inner West, designed and constructed in Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) to be a certified Passivhaus. Where the previous leaky, asbestos clad, expensively gas-heated home stood, a new comfortable, healthy, biophilic 4 bedroom dwelling will stand. The home will have exposed CLT internally, timber framed doors and windows (BINQ), woodfibre insulation, and timber flooring, with a great indoor-outdoor connection of all spaces.
